i watched PA before this so it's pretty fresh in my mind, and i don't understand the negative comments, ok i just watched the 1st episode but still i'm already surprised by the acting of Yan and Chu, it feels like the same ! they did a good job, especially her knowing she was only 17 filming this, About the quality, don't know if i would have understand without watching PA, but 1st ep sums it up pretty well(maybe you can't feel the depth yet of everyone's feelings and some details) , hope they won't do too many flashbacks either cos we wanna know what happens next ! If it helps huge spoiler from PA next
Have you started Rebirth? There is a lot of contention over whether watching PA is necessary, what do you think?…
just finished 1st episode, don't know how much i would understand without having the very fresh PA in my mind, but i find it's pretty well done, it's the same, the only difference i'd say you can't feel the depth of everyone's feelings but they might show it along the way, PA ended in a cliffhanger kinda, so hope they will keep the story going and not just showing flashbacks
even if i didn't catch every details in ep 15, when i watched the first ep didn't think i'll get hooked, but kept watching cos the acting was even better than expected and the whole quality around , had to get used with the slow motion way of talking from the foxes at first, but by ep 6 i was hooked !! such an interesting story !
was it worth it ? no ! very disappointed cos they drag it to the very last minutes, sorry, i have to skip tthe spoiler to let other know so they won't waste 10h...
aftet watching ep5, they keep calling Xiawei 'her' or sister, then 'he', so is he a she in disguise or a he😅 And i thought the victims took their heart by themselves cos of the spell but they say it's a fox🤔
just watched one episode so far but have some questions about the synopsis, it say Lu wu yi is disguised as a priest, where ? she infiltrated Wei manor as the wife to be, and the voice asked Wang Yan to find Xia Wei, not the sister Lu wu who has the mission to get close to Ji Lings, so is there a mistake in the synopsis or i misunderstood ?
From what I read it is the same but divided differently
there's no '9 episodes', people watching it back then on tv had more episodes because it was shorter (from what i understood) so 58 episodes is the same but longer episodes, it ends the same way
Congrats on watching all 58 eps. I gave this a chance because of Rebirth. - But this did not get to me. Exept…
same, could not believe it was made in 2016,look more like the 80's😅 the actrice in' Rebirth' is so young that it should mean it's a remake probably with a closure compare to the end of the other one that clearly look unfinished, so no need to watch it😁
1st episode, first minute already blood😅, so came hear to ask, is it gonna be like gore bloody ? and waow i've never seen comments over a 100k for another drama !!
is it a sequel or a remake with a closure ending compare to princess agents ? i wish they could give some hope for once to the sml and her despite the moral issues cos both side are grey... just finished watching princess agents, and know with the new cast it's gonna be epic as it could have been for the og one minus the flaws
i'm not bias to any star/actors, i might like some more than others but it doesn't mean i will say yes when i think no, for ex 'lets support your fav actor', what does it mean ? whatever he/she does i will say yes ? let's say he/she advertise a bag, and if i don't like it i'm still gonna buy it to support him ? no Same for a drama, if i don't like a drama for whatever reason, am i gonna spend hours suffering through it to support an actor ? no Wish people would stop telling people what to do or feel under the assumption if you like an actor you have to do what you are being told to.... Or if we voice a different opinion, some are lashing out cos you cannot go against the cult.... Or the famous phrase 'it's not for everyone', as if 'everyone' is the template to live your life... nothing is for everyone, if you stay polite and kind, there shouldn't be an issue to voice a different opinion
i don't know why it's not working for them, maybe in their previous life they said let's not be together anymore.... cos they love each other but there's all this miscommunication, jealousy etc...the trust is broken maybe that's why...it's all so tragic... what once was a safe space for both in their teenage years, became a burden 10 years later... they don't bring anything good to each other, don't see how they'll get a happy ending together no matter the love...
About the quality, don't know if i would have understand without watching PA, but 1st ep sums it up pretty well(maybe you can't feel the depth yet of everyone's feelings and some details) , hope they won't do too many flashbacks either cos we wanna know what happens next !
