My not having a problem with the age gap in no way suggests that these thoughts did not cross my mind. I just keep seeing a lot of the main issue being the age gap itself and that makes me curious as to what makes the difference.
And as to how they are handling things - I would hope as their own careers are at stake - appropriately with guardian approval and supervision and all laws followed. As for this job being any more risky than another, I have to say I don't know - he could quite possibly be even more protected because of his age considering things these days. It has some big shoes to fill - I completely agree with that - and I have concerns about the amount of episodes, as well - but it does not mean it can't be great, too. We won't know until it airs. I'm going in with an open mind and hoping to love it as much as I loved the Cversion. That will be a total win-win for me.
