Title A Taxi Driver Spoiler
We live in a world where the violence happening in Gwangju would have been live streamed. We live in a world like that right now. Sometimes stories shouldn't have satisfying endings. The reality is that even when the world sees the violence, the powers making it happen, make people feel powerless to do anything about it. And even when people fight back, they keep on oppressing people. I don't know if anything would really change if we told the full range of history and a true epilogue for this story, but I do know that the ending wouldn't feel satisfying at all. I do know it's important for us to know that individuals can do great things if they choose to, and maybe that's what they were trying to portray. It just seemed like the ending was "and it's all better now." When it's not.

I haven't been able to get a historical drama to hold my interest since Moon Lovers but this one did. It's such a satisfying and gripping story I'm still thinking about it a year later

So they made two different points of adults reacting to accusations of children without asking them what happened or how they felt.
But they didn't really speak to Kang Yeon Doo about how she felt about a love triangle so...
And I get why because friendship but she pretty much had no say in the matter at all.

I liked this drama because the actors were very good.
The story was so sloppy in character development and resolution and don't get me wrong, I'm not against leaving things to wonder but why include a love triangle if you're just going half way?
I do love the way Soo Ah turned out though. There were a lot of good things about this drama. I'm just a bit grumpy about the way it ended.
