sad that it seems like his evil side in love beyond the grave is bound to show up 🥲 hope he stays good... I came here to see his kind and modern side lol
the pace is actually so slow. idk if it's bc im still calming down from the high of pursuit of jade ending and my expectations for a distraction are high, but im on ep 7 and I heard today's ep 14-15 is still the same in terms of how far they've progressed. idk... im all for a calm easy modern watch, but it's not really fun. should I drop it... hmmm
Both the MLs have become very famous in mainstream chinese drama. especially Zhang Linghe after the best thing…
bro yes I know he's my favorite actor rn... but I was just confused bc I know Chinese dramas are basically 99% not BL so I was sure this one would not be like that either
Not sure how much I like it yet, with some of the war talk confusing me... but I hope it's not just constant "trade one of the senses, someone tries to harm her, he saves her, repeat"
I know Wei Yan was terrible and committed all those crimes, but that last scene where he's about to drink the wine and he imagines xiezheng coming to see him just made me cry so hard. First the reminiscing of how he slowly grew up under his guidance, and then them sharing a meal and talking and laughing in the prison is honestly the saddest part of the whole drama for me. It was a mix of remorse and heartbreak and love, man. That hit me hard.

hahahahaha ok will do... im low-key already sort of over them bc every single one seems to have the same storyline lol but maybe once im like rlly rlly bored ill go back to them. thanks!

I heard censorship but what specifically?
I think I am slowly becoming immune to the ridiculousness of some of the plot holes hahahaha
