Great review kate! I agree specially with the obvious cuts in skinship in the second part. I actually feel if the drama wouldn't have gotten that big we will have everything without so many cuts. Censorship can't cancel a drama that it isn't airing on China but the fans needed to post everything in the chinese social media that is why the cuts were needed 😔😔😔😔 (that is why desire hired the risk management team)
I agree also about the different plotlines: they should have focus i seriously dont think Chi cheng in prison was needed a two episodes to the end.
The second couple was a big disappointment to me. They started pretty good but didn't to anything substancial, for me they basically acted like 10 years old. It didnt even seems an actual love relationship.
Still i love the main couple too much so i give it a 9 😅😅😅

Hua Yong is writting Shen Wenlang about some kind of plan they have most probably related to Hua Yong getting Sheng all to himself. They're in cahoots together. The first messages is him being jelaous because Sheng is passing his rut somewhere else.

Great review! Just a thing, he ac tually have white hair because of suffering: his hair gets like that when he left her on earth with her power sealed and is punished in heaven. Xianxias white hair rarely is natural their, always is suffering 😅😅😅😅
