Yes! I'm only watching this train wreck because Lee Jae Wook tbh. He is one of my favorites, such a good actor 🤩🤩🤩. Idk if you like the fantasy genre but I will always recommend "Alchemy of souls". is the drama that got me into Asian dramas as a whole and Lee Jae Wook is just sooo good there, perfect in every way 😍😍😍

I actually didn't take it that seriously, for me the ML had a lot of grief for his first love and that is what make him act like that. at the end of the drama he knew he is mess up that's why he went away. I understand that he did it what I don't understand is not having any contact. idk even a picture, a postcard, something. that is the fact I don't really understand tbh.

it doesn't makes any sense that she is the love of his life but all he sees is the same scene over and over. I understand this is a 12 episodes drama so it can't have much filler but this is just lazy work.

I started watching Asian dramas just last year and I know I watched some with separation trope but a year without any contact at all? too much. even when dramas are not realistic in general this is beyond that tbh 😅😅😅

yes, I actually don't remember if I saw any other drama with this kind of thing but I really find a year apart without any contact just too much. seems he was in contact with the underdog team but idk. just a rushed ending.

it is a big mess tbh. Lee Jae Wook acting is on point as always but this awful script is not making him any favors.

Two good things: In Ha real personality is coming up and Tae Oh is left with the surprise pikachu face when his "pet" didn't really listen to him. It was a great scene on the hospital, In Ha keeps calling the chairman "father" and end up saying he will marry Hye Won. What an evil guy lol.

The second is the scene with Hye Won confronting the chairman. For real rich people and their bullshit. Everyone getting up because Joon Mo gets up, so much stupidity. So it is great that someone said something tbh.

For the rest? what a mess of a drama. The continuity is non existent. Hye Won and Tae Oh are kissing and two minutes later she is marrying In Ha 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️.

We are supposed to feel the sadness and longing Tae Oh have for Hye Won but seems they didn't film anything besides what we saw so, when he was about to die, Tae Oh only saw her meaning the same scene over and over something that happened 10 years ago. In TEN years they never share anything? Even a meal? Something? It just makes everything that Tae Oh says nonsense because this overwhelming love is based in saying "Don't go" all the time in an endless loop 🙄🙄🙄

The script is awful too. The business talk is keep to a minimum so we don't get anything and the rest is filler and repetition of the same sentences.

The end feel a little rushed. Suddenly everyone came to their senses and help Na Eon. Also the scene when the CEO tries to provoke Eun Ho was pretty badly done: The tension was off because the acting was off. It is sad because the scene is supposed to be important but it was a mess.

And then, they spend a year without even talking to each other something that, for me, it is too much tbh.

In general it was a nice drama and Lomon looks super hot. I also love the underdog team with all my heart so, if you want something light with a dose of thriller, this one is super worth it ♥♥♥

Ahhh In Soo is the SML, not only that, he is a ghost so he can't catch a break 🥲🥲.

I liked the second episode, it was pretty funny at some points and it seems Han Bom have some kind of protection against ghosts. She can't see them (For a moment i throught she could and the kid was trolling Ki Joo lol) but still there is something in her.

but the treasure hunt was Na Eon idea so she could have other motives for it. still there is something weird in continuity with the workshop outside and then inside. the same with Rex: I agree the underdog team keep changing and maybe is a subtitles thing but in episode 5 they clearly said Rex spend the last 5 years in the underdog team. but in episode 2 he was just demoted. it is really not such a bad mistake but is so easy to make right that annoy me a little.

that is true, is Na Eon's idea in that case it will have been better that the workshop will be on the office directly so that won't led to confussion. Is this little things that seems a little annoying because they have an easy fix but still i'm loving the drama even when i wasn't so sure at the beguining :D.

Yes, i agree so much! It shows how much he knows and cares about her that he knew if he don't push she probably will never do it. It was beautiful tbqh.

When i mean plot i mean little things like first Rex was just demoted to the underdog team in episode 2 and in episode 5 sudenly he was there for five years. Or today with the workshop, Young Ae did everything outside, she went back to the office only because of the rain so, how she have everything set up for the treasure hunt? that is why i wasn't sure the romance was going to get good continuity.

Yeah, tbh it surprise me because this drama had some mess up in the plot department and i throught that, if they end up together, it will will rushed and bad. but nop, i actually loved it and i think it was really on character for both of them 😍😍😍

fr, i was watching the first episode and throught the ML looked like Rowoon brother lol.

I was here because In Soo but this looks super promising. I cry my eyes out with the husband and wife it was so sad and beautiful to see 😭😭😭. Mostly we stabilize the rules of this fantasy world and how our ML is cursed and is going to die in 105 days. I guess the FL probably is going to change that fate but will see.

Super interesting all the ghosts stuf and the diferences between them: Dae Ri can touch everything and is been three years since he died stuck in the world because he is looking for his first love.

And then Nam Gu can't touch anything directly but have powers that makes him some kind of bodyguard. We need his story soon.

So this one seems interesting i'm seated :D.

Ahhh that was nice for the romance part 😍😍😍. Na Eon was able to let her walls down and admit she wants Eun Ho's help but also he just wants him to be by her side.

Eun Ho was conflicted about the feelings he was getting for her and his need for revenge but now he is able to let Da Eun go and try to be happy.

I think this part was pretty well explain and is going to make a nice two last episodes with both working together to stop the culprit which seems it was Jung Woo. Still he looks about to panic when he saw that he maybe kill her so there is going to be a story there and, clearly, the real culprit is the CEO something a lot of people say in the comments.

Will see how everything close up!
