I think what makes her character still very likable despite the switch in personality is because she's still very smart and considerate. She knows when she is wrong and apologizes, is appreciative and say thank you and does stuff to show her appreciation, and she also speaks up for SYS whenever the situation fits. On top of that even though she lacks a lot of experience and she's young, she's still very smart. I find her super endearing as well
