I enjoyed this but there are so many glaring plot hole.
1. How the heck would a finger float to the surface when the owner's son body was dump in the river? 2. The car swerve and the bag of medicine flew out from the car? Like really? 3. The owner Fang jie injured his forehead while trying to get out after being locked in the box. How is she banging the box with her forehead in that direction? Shouldnt it be the back of her head?
Is life that easy like how they portrayed?Showing sympathy & forgiveness towards those made someone's life hell…
I felt this way as well when I was watching the drama. For me, its still a great drama but yeah, they make it seems so easy to be able to forgive someone. Like the dad even called JoonSeok to ask him if he have eaten already or not in the end wtf.
But I guess the writers of the drama wanna give a happy and satisfying ending. In the end, they dump all the blame and charges to JS dad alone. Even the rape charges wtf. I mean JS dad is a big asshole but come on, why would someone as rich as successful would risk this when he could prolly have girls flocking towards him. The writers could just made it in the way Dahee lied she was assaulted by Joonseok so SeonHo took revenge for her. More realistic right? She wanna get back at JS for not showing up on her birthday but who knows this small lie cause both of them to fight and SH to fall from the roof. Realising the serious consequences of her lie, she fake panic disorder and hid herself. Isnt this a better plot haha.
I've only read the manga. Never seen Japanese live adaptation nor the anime. How close is this to the manga especially in terms of the player, their signature skill and the battle?
If I knew so many thing in the drama were left unexplained and there will be a 2nd season, I would have watch it later and given a higher rating. Don't watch this if you hate being left hanging at the end of the show.
Sigh. After finishing this drama, I am left with so many questions. This is drama reminds me so much of Lost. A group of people stuck somewhere and isolated from civilization. Their flashback shows that each of the character are connected to one another. There's a creature(?) that would harm them. Then they found a buried basement that leads to....more question. If following Lost style, our group of survivors will meet another group in the 2nd season lol.
I'm not smart enough to connect the dots but it seemed like the dark matter (which kept being referenced in the satellite) kinda made the place inescapable and the virus there made them nosebleed? Shit I dont even know what to make of this because I'm just that clueless about the show. These are some questions for anyone who could comprehend the drama better than me.
1. Who is that spectacle guy and why does he know Li Qiao is involved in the car accident in the bus? 2. He's the guy underwater in the last episode as well right? What does that mean? 3. Why did only Lumin become younger? 4. Did they explain what's in the water that killed the specs guy? 5. Any idea what is under the well? The corpse is the drug dealer right? 6. What's the meaning of the satellite launch? 7. What is Bureau 826 and what are they experimenting? I notice the accident happened on 2015 August 26! 8. How did the guy who warned Reporter Ma not to take the bus 1 year earlier knew the accident would happen? 9. What was the significance of the scene where Lumin's colleague all blamed her for the mistake in their report and the signed testimony?
Haha so many question. I totally lost my interest in Eps 10 onward when I realise it was nearing the end with so many thing unanswered. In the end, I forced myself to finish and came here to ask.
