Yeah. Politic stuff so slow. They spend so much scenes for other characters such shitty Emperor, FL and ML' family which we never gonna see it again once they reborn as Gods. They can make a story of political betrayal and tragic romance with shorter episode and straight to the point.

I hate to say this, first mortal arc do not gripping me enough. It is a storyline I seen like 1000x times already. I still get why they need it for character development but I hope for a different kind of story. They can go wild with story especially their main gimmick is mortal world tribulation but instead they play safe. Once they get back to Immortal world, it become interesting again.

Xiao Yao have her own issue. She hated abandonment more than physical pain. She was tortured by Fox demon and already develop numb from pain. Not to mention she also healing fast kinda like Deadpool, thus why physical pain is not her biggest fear.

She was cute but now she is just breathtaking and beautiful.
