What can be said about this drama other than a simple masterpiece?
If you are looking for a "swoon and boom" love story with over the top confessions with evil being conquered, then this is not the one for you. So instead of a rollercoaster, its more so catching the wrong bus, not knowing where you may end up but enjoying the new scenery and deciding to see where it leads instead of jumping off on the next stop.I honestly can't say anything bad about it from the start to the finish, its like looking into a world of "real" people with insecurities, goals, and baggage that they are learning to deal with on their own but also supporting each other.
This isn't a story that just focuses on the main couple and the side couples are there for filler but more so a household of friends turned family who support and love each other, while yes couples are formed in that time that is definitely not the main focus.
I don't want to spoil anything since I found this story to be one that is unique and fulfilling to watch from start to finish, and I do mean finish since the last minute of this show truly gives you the best moment of "it all worked out and they are truly happy they followed their dreams"

A cute love story
Sooo sweet and no horrible drama plots with death threats or kidnapping. Honestly its more so "real" issues you would see in a relationship with jealousy, miscommunication and learning how to compromise with your partner. I really love this series and Wei Zhe Ming is honestly the cutest puppy type of man. I love how shy he is and the love that seems to pour out of his eyes when he looks at her. Him and Xu Ruo Han really act well together, there is alot of chemistry between them and you can see really believe the story between their charactersI have watched this series twice and I still enjoy it.

So many twists and turns but so adorable
I absolutely adored this series. I was super worried that they threw so many speed bumps at the leads. Still I loved how strong and confident the female lead was from the start. She knew her own feelings, was not going to change herself for anyone. While she did stumble and doubt herself from time to time, she did not let the love rival win when she tried to embarrass the female lead or to make her doubt in their relationship. The ending was fitting too since she did not just melt for a proposal, she wanted to make sure the male lead truly trusted and valued her as a partner before she said yes, which is all she ever wanted.Amazing series and I really recommend it to everyone who want to watch something super cute and fun.

Adorable story, but editing really made a mess
I will recommend that those who watch this show to give it to the end of episode two to truly decide to stop watching since the story moved a bit slow at first.************spoilers below*********
First let me speak on the overall con of this series which was the odd editing that occur multiple times through the episodes. where it seemed like some scenes were depicting future events while other past events came later that finally made previous scenes make sense. If you are attentively watching the show, it isn't to bad that you are completely lost but it can get irritating at times. Still if you are looking for a sweet series that isn't overly hot and heavy, then this one is a great one to watch.
So let me list out the really good points of this show, the main actress discovers that her "unlucky" point of view isn't real in the sense that she has amazing talent as a designer but she just needed more confidence in herself which is what the "exchanging" of luck gave her. In this sense she wasn't saved by the male lead by mystical means or anything but she did lean on the male lead in some ways to help her progress in the field since he did have a lot more experience and contacts to help her Also the designs and work she contributed was not given to her by male lead and when they did collaborate she was upfront about his help which was refreshing from other shows where the white knight essentially spoon feeds all work and the female lead is given advantages.
The interaction between all the characters were so much fun, there was alot of friend relationships that were seen and progressed with so it wasn't all focused on the main leads love story. The trauma storyline of the male lead was good in the sense that the car accident he was in and the resulting sadness/guilt wasn't overly complicated so the viewer wasn't confused over details that are far outside plausibility. On that note though, the trauma that connected the male lead and the love rival where she received a scar from a fire was thrown in so quickly at the end that it honestly didn't give the viewer a chance to understand the storyline between them before she was gone..
The main leads had a cute relationship which was full of playful teasing and growing together but I will admit this show lacked in the big chemistry that usually comes with cdramas. There wasn't any hot and heavy scenes except a few kisses but even those were limited. Still you could still feel some chemistry but if you are expecting the "kapow" heat that some of these series have then you will be disappointed

Beauty in revenge
A deadly mix of kill bill and john wick, I loved this action packed movie. ikuta toma embodies a demon bent on exacting revenge for the death of his family. He makes the audience feel his pain but also his desperation to set things right. It keeps you on the edge of your seat as you cheer for him and cringe at every hit he takes. Be warned this movie definitely stays true to the genre which means a lot of blood and violence.I recommend everyone who enjoys baby assassins, janitor, kill bill, john wick, etch to watch this since it will definitely satiate that love of this type of action.

The power of perception
This series centers around a group of university students and a series of online posts from a secret admirer. With the mystery surrounding who the admirer is writing to, they all become more sensitive to every little "clue" they think they notice which leads to misunderstandings and exposing secrets. I recommend anyone who wants a quick glimpse into university life.
I really felt this series was different than many of the fluffy, series that portray university life and showed some serious issues that comes with exploring first love such as not having self confidence in yourself can make you feel less confident in your relationship, as well as misunderstanding overly nice behavior as a sign of liking someone else.
The biggest thing I enjoyed in this series was that the girls in this series were mostly independent, problem solving women who may have accepted help when they wanted it, they also overcame obstacles without needing white knights to come save them. One of the best parts was when the horrible, backstabbing jealous girl was given the karma she deserved though I have to say I wished she was given just a bit more karma but thats the vindictive side of me, since I know that the things she did can leave deep emotional scars. The amount of gaslighting and hate she spewed was just crazy, especially to someone who truly thought they were best friends.

Your dream, my dream, our dream.
The most amazing part of this series was how the main characters completely devoted themselves to supporting each others dreams. While they both were faced with decisions that sometimes left them with less time to spend together, they still were steady in their love and proud of each others success. While they strove to be the best they could be in their professions, they still put the same amount of effort in maintaining their love for each other. This was done a lot through small actions like making breakfast for each other or staying awake to care for their partner while they are sick.
I really recommend this to anyone who is wanting sweet and devoted love, with not a lot of drama in their love but instead more focused drama in their work.

A bit confused but it was a sweet show
The story was pretty cute and if you overlook some of the details, its enjoyable to watch. The biggest negative in this show is that it seemed a bit vague on a lot of details, which isn't uncommon in 30 minute fast series but I think since they had so much packed into this series that the vague background details made the story confusing.
The big reveal about the long lost brother who they thought was dead was very quickly done, and you are left confused on how a rich family somehow loses a boy in a fire that only he was in and he is placed in an orphanage but instead of yelling at the top of his lungs who he was, he instead stews on it until his twenties? Also somehow gets money to have complete reconstructive surgery to cover up his burns before he was famous.
Also they completely forgot he TRIED TO KILL xia mo when going through reconnecting the family. I don't know about anyone else, but I would feel a bit unsure with a brother in law who tried to kill me at family events lol. Though i think in the end, he may have turned himself in for attempted murder but im not completely sure lol.

Mix of a fantasy and historical fun
This show was really cute, and definitely leaves the viewer with the happy fuzzy feelings while watching. I will say that I really loved Cha Eun Woo in this show vs in some of his other shows, he seemed a lot more expressive and had more chemistry with Park Gyu Young than I have seen with any other actresses. Though that could be due to him just becoming a better actor as he has grown in the industry. It was cute to see all the puppy scenes and Gyu Young is the epitome of adorableness, especially when aiming it at Eun Woo. I'm excited to see more of her work. There wasn't much I didn't like about this series, it had a lot of fun twists and turns which made me eager to keep watching Especially while learning about the origins of the curse, though the past flashbacks did seem to be excessive in some respects. Now I will say I did get pretty bored with some of the scenes, but the cuteness made it tolerable so to get through those parts and really enjoy the rest of the series.

When your first love leads to a forever love
From the start, I loved the leads of this series. Though I can admit the male lead was a bit stiff at some points but it can be justified with him being awkward and inexperienced. Still the way he treats Wan Wan is just adorably sweet, which hooks the viewer from the start since he truly goes out of his way to help her as she is hurting with the loss of her first love. They have good chemistry so its believable to watch as their love grows through the show. Also Ren Chu does start showing a less stiff side about half way through as he really works to woo Wan Wan.
The comedy in this show is top notch, but it doesn't take away from the glimpse of the pain that comes with losing the innocence of your first love. Also you get a great arch for Wan Wan who really gains confidence in herself and a new drive for following her dreams.
One con, I will say I am a bit sad that we didn't get any real substantial goal that was reach by either of the main leads. They both are striving for academic and career goals but we don't see a glimpse of them reaching them truly.

Intense but sweet
First and foremost, I will admit this series isn't for everyone. For me, I am a huge manga fan and so I will fill in the blanks normally if the story is lacking slightly which i will admit this one mainly focused on a quick development of the relationship of the main leads. It does lean heavily on the "dominant CEO, take control of the room once he walks in" persona for the male lead which is how the character is depicted in the source material so if you aren't into that, then I suggest finding a different show to watch.Still , for me, sweet lore.... this show was all sorts of steamy.. though what can you expect from a jdrama based on manga? They really do them justice by really taking the scenes and bringing them life as closely as possible. Still I am always taken back by the amount of heart stopping, giggle inducing intensity that come with these series and this one definitely did not disappoint.
I will recommend that if you do watch this series, watch it with the intentions of a quick fun journey and just enjoy the ride instead of getting caught up on wanting all the small details of the characters backstories. But if you do want the juicy backstories, make sure to read the manga this series is based on since it is a good read.

Amazing story but that ending.
I was glued to the screen watching this show, I love Ireine Song and have found all the previous series I watched her in to be amazing. So I knew I would find this series to be sweet and fun, and I wasn't disappointed. The main lead was the epitome of smart CEO but also showed a vulnerability that isn't always seen with these characters as he was a naive when it came to relationships and so we could see both leads slowly learning together on how to build a strong relationship.Unlike other shows, you don't really get any real " other love interest/conflicts" that make the leads question the other persons loyalty or sincerity. Instead you see them face and conquer their own obstacles to achieve their dreams, while leaning on each other for support and even sometimes "tough love" to push each other. I loved seeing the main female lead's confidence growing and her finally standing up for what she wants. Also to see a male lead being so doting but also giving her space to stand up on her own was refreshing when compared to other shows male leads who essentially white knight and solve all the female leads problems.
The side relationships were good but not really all that substantial in that they progressed the main couples storylines or really went off on their own storylines. I would have honestly been happy to not have as much time given to them if it meant we had more air time for the main couples storylines to progress.
Which this leads to the only real thing I can say I disliked on this show was the ending which I know I'm not alone in. When the show ended I honestly thought an error occurred where the episode ended accidently or there was supposed to be another episode but it truly was just an open ended, no real climax ending.

Weird but sweet.
Honestly, I wasn't expecting to enjoy this series as much as I did since the trailer and storyline did not give me high hopes but it was actually a pretty well put together crime show that keeps you guessing who the killer is.It starts off intense, then slows a bit while building the characters backgrounds etc but it picks up a few episodes in and keeps you interested. The female leads powers aren't to mystical to make it seem fake so the plot line was believable and that made the scary parts even more intense.
The love story between the main leads did not take over the plot all to much, even though the moments you did see were extremely sweet and the chemistry between them is undeniable, so it doesn't distract to much from the crime storyline.
The only things I am a bit confused over the females need to become a comedian, (she doesn't seem very funny or I possibly don't understand the humor?) and the random job changes in the last two episodes which seem to not stay changed? Otherwise the series was super cute.

Mashup of all the storylines
If you watched the anime, then you will be able to see how they took pieces of all the best parts of the anime and seemed to mash them all together. I felt like there was no build up to any real "climax"you don't get any of the build up from yusuke training with genkai, they dont build a relationship and so you dont feel sad learning about toguro and her history, etc etc. AND then randomly she gives up the spirit wave/orb/ power after 20ish days of training I believe... and if you seen the anime you know what happens after that.... but you cant feel sad since no real character connection
the dark artifacts are there and while they followed that storyline the most, it was a let down since even though yusuke met heie and kurama, he still doesnt build a relationship with them through the smaller missions before the big dark tournament.
The "dark tournament" was a fast pace battle, and even though the fights somewhat followed the anime with the final competition, it honestly gave no satisfaction to watch since there was NO BUILDUP. toguro and yusuke never fought before then and it was just "oh.... hes dead"
It was ok if you just want to see a live action recap of some good points in the anime.
Maybe they will make a season two that is longer, and maybe an actual tournament?

Real Gamers don't fit a stereotype
I absolutely loved this series because it didn't stereotype the gamers, the female gamer was both girlie but a badass. They made sure to showcase her strengths but also showed her integrating into the team where they both learned from her and taught her new tricks. Each of the gamers were unique, with different strengths and they made sure to show that none of them were the "unstoppable, god gamer". They each had to rely on each other.I thought it was soo good to see the main male lead be the one who had the "emotional" break that lead to the group surrounding him to show support. They also showed a strong female who was the one who was rich and she stood up for her love.
Each storyline of the supporting characters were cute and I felt like each one contributed to the story, instead of just being filler.
