yeah the big question now is why isn't she calling him out on the cheating and what's with the vague conversations…
She probably broke up with him after she found out about her health then regretted it only to find him kissing someone else. If I'm right the writer really is doing the most at being unoriginal and causing unnecessary plot lines.
