I saw a video where Dunk said they were actually very uncomfortable in some of the intimate scenes and had been…
He never said that? You must be have encountered a content getting lost in translation. NC scene is a relative new thing for JoongDunk as a couple. Having this series with director Jojo, they're very excited pushing their limits. Both JoongDunk only ever said they're shy since it's first time they went so far for their intimate moments, and not uncomfortable.
I love this I really really do! FirstKhao were incredible (as they always are) - I do admit it took me a while…
I'm not sure how strict Catholic Church in Thailand is and how far their series reach the public outside BL fans will be, but I think if there's no massive negative reactions outbreak at least by local people, they will keep going with original concept from Ticket to Heaven's pilot trailer. Some overseas BL fans made a fuss about Last Twilight for glorifying(?) disability, however GMMTV didn't scrap out the series. Imo, those two in-house directors already have their own creative freedom that company always respects and supports before making decisions.

GMMTV asked him to work on Only Friends 2 right away after the first one and it's himself who said it would be too stressful for him to do something heavy consecutively like that. So, he proposed The Heart Killers with a lighter vibe than his old script. Also they took into account the fact there's a mass shooting in Thailand near time they filmed pilot trailer. This series was supposed to be for Part 1 but got postponed to Part 2.
I started The Heart Killers for JoongDunk portraying FadelStyle and I stayed for them as well until the end. Two weeks since final, the sheer bliss of merely following our sexy mechanic and his hitman boyfriend's story is still lingering. FadelStyle is indeed a match made in heaven. Throughout all episodes, JoongDunk together have done a fantastic job in bringing life to their each character... and I miss FadelStyle so much now.
I love learning that JoongDunk did improvising some of their scenes for FadelStyle's intimate moments. It's given a warm feeling they're very comfortable with each other and added a few touches of their own natural moves. Moreover, director Jojo also applauded those outcomes then used them as actual scenes in series.
When the bathtub was too small to get in these two tall men together, Dunk had an initiative to gracefully stretch his Style's beautiful long legs to reach Fadel's broad shoulders while their pose changed into facing each other instead, not resting Style's back to his man's chest like something was intended by script. JoongDunk themselves even surprised for the time Joong was only spontaneous picking Dunk's fallen eyelash from his cheek in the middle of filming FadelStyle's morning-after-sex scene and it's been aired as one of Fadel's endearing gestures to Style.
JoongDunk and FadelStyle made me forget about it. Many other BL fans would come to watch a BL series just for the gay kiss but I even forgot The Heart Killers a BL series. It's like... when you're watching a nonBL nonGL series, usually you want to see the couple not because they're a man and a woman but because of their characters, alongside their own story.
Tbh, I didn't have any clear picture for action aspect since director and the cast have been always consistent said The Heart Killers was a romantic comedy; action was its sub-genre only and presented as this series' concept. But it's surprised me, ngl. In a positive way. We could agree they showed us Lilly's clousure a little bit anticlimax considering her big role in Fadel and Bison's entire life. However, Fadel with his background that forcely adopted under Lilly's wings also ended up as a hitman enduring every consequence of his profession, is a very well-built character that has been impressed me greatly. He is the complex character everybody's rooting for. Throw-in Style in the mix, who is another super interesting character with his shameless personality but truly witty, a philosophical thinker behind his dark jokes, there I got a perfect pairing I've been loving so much while enjoying the whole wild ride from this series.
JoongDunk together have done a fantastic job in bringing life to their each character. Acting is about making something belivable and they're obviously tailor-made for portraying FadelStyle. I'm feeling proud watching their remarkable progress to reach this far. FadelStyle's story and their dynamic are things I crave and savor every week.
From 11 episodes of romantic comedy series The Heart Killers, I had good laughs AND, unexpectedly, good cries too, all thanks to JoongDunk as FadelStyle.
