Porsche isn't stupid - he knows he can't just leave with his mom (Korn would make sure that didn't happen) AND Kinn is still loyal to his father so he would also lose Kinn. It's kind of like when he chose to believe Pete about going home even though he knew he was lying. He's choosing to believe Korn FOR NOW until he can get his whole family (Mom, Chay and Kinn) out safely. Season 2, baby!!!
