Well said! That was my exact thoughts. It's really a frustration thing because its an unexplainable thing for people back then with this type of behavior. Plus, those child actors were so darn cute portraying the roles. It made it so much harder to watch. It's those subtle gestures and moments that must carefully be observed which LYX brings out so well to make us believe this TTJ is more than what we see.

Thanks for always sharing the data! LYX deserves it. I think the softness of his tone is what makes the character solid. It gives off a more scary creepy vibe. Plus, he fits the description of TTJ to a tee from the novel. I can't picture anyone else. So more love to him!!
Don't know if someone already asked or not but did they cut a kiss scene from ep.7 when they were playing in the snow? I swear I saw a BTS for it but may have misunderstood. I will have to say though I appreciate the show still allowing us to feel conflicted about their relationship just as it was in the novel. You wanted to ship but it was so hard bc both of them were 😭
Just finished binge watching all 6 episodes and wow! There's no way can I go back to watching this on mobile. CGI and overall aesthetics of the show was appealing on the TV. Plus, How is this show still able to add some hilarious comedy bits when all I prepared for was angst?! 😂😂 Xianxia dramas making me traumatized and not wanting to enjoy the good moments to much as I know it'll all be in vain. I can see some changes from the novel but my only main question is, is there no curved jade or is the harp supposed to be the replacement of that?
The intensity of Bai Lu and Luo Yunxi's character in the beginning had me blown away. This type of character development is what I live for in dramas! Tantai Jin's hunger for power once he gets a taste is demonically calculating. That scene with the ravens was well instrumented it screamed demon personality! They're setting us up right and the angst will definitely be coming but this has got to be such a good pace so far. Even Ye Bingshang's true personality was starting to be revealed. Girls got some demon in her. 💔😅. What a strong start for the show and I hope it continues to stay this way. Bai Lu and Luo Yunxi's chemistry is not disappointing.
