I FINALLY got to finish the drama and though I do have a lot to say about the whole Men in Black ordeal and the ending in itself, the musical was not expected at all. LOL! I find it cute but also so random. I'm just glad we got to hear ZYR sing his solo. Overall, The Jianghu is mostly at peace like everyone wished for and this may have not been the best but I'm just happy to say I made it to the end.

Thanks! After I made my comment, I went to watch the scene again and finally connected it. I think the wording just threw me off. But I guess in the end MZY still favored power despite planning to wait for NHC to die from going insane which is why the Aunt was disappointed.

Dragging the plot for the man in black is probably my biggest gripe. I haven't finished the latest episodes yet but it makes me cringe having to sit and watch all of their plans and discussions when we know exactly who it is.

Same here! I loved that they were strong in their own ways to help one another realize the different side of things they both couldn't before. Mu Qingyan was definitely a character I enjoyed watching ZYR play. I've seen most of his works and this shameless one might be one of my favorites.
So excited it's finale day! Before all episodes release, I'm virtually handing out gold stars to all of us who made it to the end and stuck through this together. It was not easy lol but we made it!

I can still manage watching our main leads and their differing view points causing a rift in their relationship but what I'm more exhausted about is chasing this man in black down. They're currently shifting it to look like Yuzhi's brother could be the actual culprit but I still think it's Qi Yunke at the end of the day playing with every body. If the writers do not give us a good plot twist or well explained solution to this man in black, I'm going to be so upset. With all of the patience they've tested us and the main leads with this man, I need something good to redeem it. I'm tired of chasing this guy down and getting no major leads on it.
I also want to note, Song Yuzhi is a character I enjoy outside of his one sided love for Cai Zhao plot. He's talented and can keep up with Cai Zhao and MQY when it comes to solving this big fiasco between the 2 sects. I sometimes pine for him to be able to clue in on something and help CZ with the situation bc I know he's capable of doing so. But his undying one sided love for CZ is a pass for me. She's made it clear so many times and he's choosing to ignore the truth. 😒
I have to give Cai Zhao props for her love and self control with MQY. Even after finding out about everything, she's still staying and coming back around. I know she's in a way forced to stay due to the hostages but sis is taking it way better than I could have. 😅
