Everyone's fuming over Jin Ga Young, and we are all right to hate that Beyonce wannabe lol But we should all get ready to hate Seok Hoon now. He wasn't the gloved villain but I think he's a bigger threat now based on the preview scenes.
And I still have this strong feeling Madam Ju will rise from the dead to correct her past mistakes for Do Do Hee. I don't know if that will happen but she can put her son in his right place for one last time. Lol
So we get a lot of revelations in tonight's episode. Seok Hoon is really not the bad guy with the lighter all along, I've guessed that enough through his interactions with Do Hee and Gu Won and he doesn't really have a motive to hurt Do Hee like that. But now that he knows the truth about Gu Won, he might just turn into one of the villains everyone suspected him to.
Might be too predictable but hey it’s a kdrama. I’m thinking the girl in his dreams/flashback is Do Do Hees…
But the tarot cards said it's a 'reunion' and something like a beginning and end. This was also suggested when Do hee saw the painting in Gu Won's foundation. She seem to recognise the sword dancing. And in the next episode, Gu Won saw a girl doing the same thing on the river banks that suggests it can be Do Hee in her past life. They probably already met before and has met again in this lifetime. Guessing Gu Won got his powers because of Do Hee and that's how he also lost his powers now that she was reborn.
My initial thought is that Seok Hoon is the culprit. But then, there was a flashback with Madam Ju's son who killed a person 12 years ago. And she clearly said, 'the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.' in the same episode. So the killer can be her crazy grandson too. Like why would she say that to Seok Hoon if his father is not even involved in the company. And it's too convenient to tell this early in the story that Seok Hoon is the bad guy. Well, there can be multiple antagonists in this drama anyway. Lol
Whatever it is, the tango dance/fight scene was totally unexpected haha

I just started watching this and damn, episode 2 was funny as hell! I'm seriously debating with myself if I should continue to watch it as it airs or wait for the whole drama to finish because it's such a pain to wait for 2 episodes a week. 😔
If you want to watch something relaxing like you don’t need to think things through and no heavy or emotional scenes, then watch this show. It has a good chemistry between the main leads and secondary couple and has some funny scenes too.
I'm someone who didn't read the manhwa and didn't watch the drama. I know beforehand these facts that it's lifted from a manhwa and there's a drama then a movie released. I found it interesting because not all dramas have a movie remake with the ML taking on the exact same role. So I went straight to the shortcut and watched the movie. As just a movie-watcher, watching the first few scenes, I didn't understand the story and why the characters were acting that way. Like I was confused where the story will lead to then I just found myself finishing the movie with a ❓ on my head. Like the story revolved around the stalker student and red brick guy. I wanted to better understand why the 4 main leads acted the way they acted with a more in-depth background and character development but I guess an almost 2-hour movie wouldn't do that justice. So would I watch the drama? Probably not. I'll just move on to another drama.
So Love Like the Galaxy, Alchemy of Souls, and Love Between Fairy and Devil has all concluded. Though AoS S2 will premier on December. So what now? *Hides under a rock*
Exactly. All time they said Bu-yeon is the most powerful bla bla, but Naksu get wild so easily. Her father didn't…
Right??? So bells > Bu-yeon’s powers? Lol Well to be fair, nobody recognised her as Bu-yeon from the start anyway. Just too bad he didn’t get his redemption. But what happened might create a rift between the sisters.
I dunno, but the last 2 episodes seems kinda underwhelming for me, it just doesn’t add up with the logic of the show. Like how the hell did Jin Mu and So-i escape infront of everyone’s eyes with all the powerful mages present and inside Songrim and just run free after all the revelation, then there’s the wedding to boot when Jang Gang just died too. Jinyowon which is supposedly heavily guarded can be infiltrated by a lowly thief like So-i as well. Jang Gang was Jin Mu’s most cherished friend but not much mourning for his death from the people of Songrim. And those bells controlling Naksu when she’s inside the most powerful priestress there is, why did she just let all those killings happen. Naksu just killed her father for pete’s sake! Sure, Jang Uk raising from the dead like Jesus Christ was one thing and the preview for the new season seems interesting (seeing most of them got new haircuts lol) but season 1’s last 2 episodes had questions unanswered that will leave me sleepless until season 2. 🤷 Lol
I agree. The episode had too many plotholes. It's like the writers created them to lay foundation for season 2…
And they didn’t even let Jang Gang take a bath before he turned into ashes! Lol I don’t want to draw conclusions yet until we see the last episode tomorrow. Maybe it will explain how they got away. It’s just that, they created all these chaos and shocking revelations and downplayed it with a sweet proposal (and the preview seem to insinuate that it won’t be a happy ending for Jang Uk and Mu-deok for this season 😰).
Really? After all those chaos, they just let Jin Mu walk away like that? He was infront of them the whole time! 🙄 Also, did they let Sol-i walk away too? So many mages in that place and these people got away easily, like wuuuuut?
And I still have this strong feeling Madam Ju will rise from the dead to correct her past mistakes for Do Do Hee. I don't know if that will happen but she can put her son in his right place for one last time. Lol
