Basically she thinks he killed for self defense or something. but 8 episode spoilers shows her becaming less trustful towards him.

smooth sailing? not really, there was no actually reason for look for blood, if it was while some murder investigation okey! but that was npbody missing or anything like that, id prefer she talked to him alteady in hospital them look for blood, and i guess u are the one who likes smooth for the female lead
