In the beginning there was a granted horse: Kanmoreu, a strong male leader: Aramun Haesulla, and an asa clan member who gaves its power to the male leader Aramun: Asa Sin. Aramun founded Arthdal with the horse and spiritual powers from Asa Clan Family.
Asa sin left Arthdal 200 years ago and went to down the cliff, because Aramun the first was too greedy and got her scared, she wanted a more nature friendly life, i am not sure if asa sin brought with her the horse, cause there was no elevator to get down the cliff, only a cave, where barely a human can walks, unless it was a baby horse.
i think saya is aramun reborned. but since twins were born he (Amarun as saya) asked in dream do Asa Hon (The twins mother) kill eonseom, but she did not, and her husband(The pure Igutu) died, cause of this. In dreams aramun (as saya) saids asa hon is the next to die, so she runs to down the cliff to dont die, but once she gets there she notices aramun was playing with her, so to get her to go down the cliff, he scared her so she could go down the cliff. Aramun/Saya used asa hon to get back asa sin descendants!
