i wish more people knew about this drama and those who stopped at ep 2 or ep 4 continue bcz that what i did. when i watched the first 2 eps, i was not very happy with the drama as i thought it didnt meet my expectations but then i gave it a second chance yesterday and bingewatched until ep 10 and gosh.. the longing, the yearning, the tension between the main characters.. there might be some mistakes (for example their position sometimes change when it switches to a new camera pov) but considering how low budget it is and the chemistry between the main characters, it really deserves a higher rating, and i REEEAALLLY hope to see the actors in a new drama (and pls i need more historical gays)

as far as i know, its bcz china is huge and each region has their own dialect so after they shoot dramas, they use voice actors who dont have a dialect and use beijing accent
