Warm, warm drama that was just so wholesome, understated, realistic and just downright adorable. One of the few modern C dramas that wrapped everything up well too.
Side note - My boy Gu Ran deserves the WORLD

Sang yan was a character of a life time. Wish they had chosen a better actor for that role.
The female lead killed it. Was unbelievable in it and added so much depth and realism to her role.

Really enjoyed the second leads as well.

Started ABSOLUTELY amazing. It kinda changed it's course but it was still an enjoyable ride for me. And Jinghe's face, MAAAN! Also Qingyan! You have my heart. Oh and the cinematography and the styling was to die for.

Cute story but was too rushed and choppy. Story would've had justice if the drama had around 20 eps. Shame.

The 2nd lead's story arc (writer and ceo) hard carried the show

Brilliant. Just brilliant. So very heartwarming. And the guy who played Tsuno?-Man, his acting! Top notch.
The little girl was SO good in her role.
Such a good drama.
Also, just wanted to add that honestly, Natsu got the short end of the stick. Felt like nobody really understood the depth of tumult that he would have gone through. Heart broke for him a little towards the end to be honest.

Very cute story. And unlike most of the comments here, I didn't find it to be slow at all.. maybe a little in the last ep but that was digestible.
Really glad that I took no heed of the comments here. It was a cute, enjoyable and fun watch with just the right amounts of warmth and humour.

I really liked Hidden Love too! And same! This was the C drama i started after Hidden Love (watched My Dearest and thought it was one of the kdramas that sorta almost captured the earlier kdrama magic) and gahhhh I'm just addicted to Li Xun. And the drama! It was such an enjoyable watch!

LOVED this. ABSOLUTELY loved this, Was just what I needed. Hadn't felt the zing over a drama and a lead for a loong time till I started this. Most K-dramas these days are trying too hard with everything; trying too hard to be deep esp in terms of themes they tackle that they've lost that pure, magical touch that they used to have. This was such a breath of fresh. It wasn't out of the box by any means but it took the principled bad boy trope and wove such a light and delightful story with it. Wasn't overly taken with the FL at first-very shallowly thought the role could have been given to someone prettier but I was completely sold by her by the end of it. Loved Li Xun's character. Gah! I need more dramas like this!

PS-Am I the only one who thinks that Li Xun looks like the love child of Lu Han and Kris Wu? Definitely can't be just me.

I loved Jin Shirasu in I Don't Love You Yet and absolutely adored that drama. Watched it years ago and re watched it a few days back.. and I need me some more of JS. Thought of picking this up cause i saw an edit on YT but all these comments are making me waver.. ugh.

Loved it when I first watched it and now, a few years later, loving it all over again
