@Regards Ty totally understand your concern for his health. He's had to address these same concerns in an interview and tried to assure everyone that he's really fine and well. Everyone has a different perception on what looks healthy in appearance. To him, he may already be the healthiest he can be, so he shouldn't feel pressured to look like he needs to add on more weight in order to appease others' concerns to "look healthy." He's a lot stronger than meets the eye. And can definitely carry any female lead without breaking a sweat while other male leads have struggled and needed extra help in that area. lol
I'm bad at the names but in the dream state, the FL and ML are married. Then the other female who is jealous tells…
Dual-cultivation and sex are different acts of intimacy and do not yield the same kind of effect. I think dual-cultivation can even be seen as a more intimate act than sex because you're exchanging cultivated energy and connecting on a deeply spiritual level (which triggered the jealous female to act malevolently). In comparison, sex is just physical and on the surface, so since there's no exchange of energy, then her evil energy won't be affected or harm him. Hope this explanation helps!
Also wanted to add that her "evil energy" doesn't harm him at all during a dual-cultivation. She was only made to believe whatever the scheming jealous female said and took it at face value instead of directly asking Ming Ye himself. And yes, lack of communication leads to lots of misunderstandings and heartache. =/

Leo Luo didn't purposely lose any weight for this role. He was a professional ballet dancer and has always maintained a dancer's physique, no matter what role he played. It just so happens that his slim physique is a perfect fit for this current role. He's naturally graceful, so it's very mesmerizing to watch him perform swordplay, fly across the screen, or just move his body in general. lol
Is this good at all? Avenue X posted a really bad video about drama. I'm so confused if I should watch this or…
I watched her rant video on this too, and while I appreciate all her reviews and respect her opinions (I can see why she thinks so poorly of this production), I still think this drama is worth watching. Keep in mind, xianxia is not her kind of genre, but she did really like Love between fairy and devil and the Starry Love for different reasons. I am currently following Till the end of the moon up to ep 16 and have read some of the novel, so I can say with some certainty that I will keep watching this drama til the end without any regret. You should definitely give it a try, especially if you like any of the lead actors.
I have to say even so many complain that yunxi is too skinny but his sharp jawline suits the character so well…
It's interesting that people always have to criticize an actor's appearance over the quality of their acting and performance. Yunxi was a professional ballet dancer and has always maintained a dancer's physique, no matter what role he played. However, in this instance and particular drama, his being "skinny" actually fits his character perfectly because in the novel he's described as someone who was malnourished and weak from childhood throughout young adulthood. He was terribly mistreated and had to suffer from a lot of abuse. But behind this deceptively skinny appearance, he's able to carry himself in every drama with so much grace, dignity, and admirable strength. This is such a fitting role for him.
