Only her speaking voice is real. The singing part is dubbed by someone else. However, the ML's voice and singing are all his.

He's such a gem! I am wow'd by him every time I see him perform in real life.

His character made me really curious about him as a real person and oh boy, does he wow in real life! And now I'm just obsessing over TJC while waiting for more eps to air. Lol

For those who can't get enough of TJC, this is for you. I've viewed this 100x and died 100x over watching how incredibly hot and captivating JTC is as a singer and dancer. The way he looks and communicates with his eyes is hotness. And the song is fire too.

Deng Wei is the only one. The rest of the main leads used their own voices.

But then it wouldn't be xianxia if you want to avoid pain and suffering altogether. Outside of the dream arc, I don't think the problem stems from miscommunication. Their whole setup and situation is problematic. You can't really tell someone you're here to kill them/extract something evil from their body/change the future and have them willingly cooperate with you without putting up a fight against such a ridiculous notion. This is how characters develop, they unfortunately have to experience painful trials and tribulations in order to get anything accomplished.

Remember, she's a clam princess and was seen and treated as a low class person compared to everyone in the palace. TH made it a point to remind her of her status and told her it was best to stay away from ML altogether so shr wouldn't distract him from his duties. And at the time she didn't see anything harmful in TH saying. SJ was naive and very gullible so of course she believed her every word and kept to herself, afraid to approach MY. She was afraid to communicate with him Which led to all the misunderstandings.

TTEOTM is xianxia at its finest, folks! Look how emotionally invested we are in the main characters already. As viewers, we can completely sympathize with TTJ and his pitiful background. But at the same time, we can also understand how difficult this mission must be for LSS, for her to carry the weight of the future world on her shoulders, knowing that if she fails, the future will be doomed and all her family's efforts in sending her back would've been wasted, her entire sect and family forever perished. All the while, how twisted and conflicting of a situation to find yourself married to, and then develop feelings for, the very devil person you're trying to save the world from! Poor LSS for having no other choice but to deceive him, and poor TTJ for being so unfortunate to be born with the evil bone despite being a benevolent mortal. =/ Prepare your hearts for what's to come and enjoy the crazy emotional ride!

You're welcome! He's got a great voice. In the dramas that I've seen him in so far, he's used his own voice because his mandarin and line delivery are impeccable. He's simply too good to be dubbed by someone else. His singing voice is also very captivating.

Luo Yun Xi uses his own voice for his character and probably the only exception, other than Sun Zhen Ni who also uses her own voice for her character Pian Ran. Mostly everyone else, including Bai Lu, are dubbed with voice actors. It's really unfortunate that they all don't use their own voices, because they sound fine in the BTS clips.

Also wanted to add, SJ in dream couldn't receive or exchange anything with MY during the lightning punishment scene because she completely turned into the devil back in the abyss when she tried to save her brother. So even if MY tried to shield her from lightning strikes and save her with an exchange, she was beyond saving at that point.

Keep in mind, they are not the same people. TTJ is not MY, he's only experiencing MY's memories through his body in the dream. Likewise, YXW is not SJ and is only there to experience SJ's memories as well. However, TTJ and YXW are both in the dream to influence the outcome of the dragon god. Nothing else that happens in the dream affects them physically when they leave the dream. Only their emotions may be affected after witnessing the love between MY and SJ.

Yesss we both came here taking the same pill! Lol. Just can't imagine another pairing that is this good and so well connected. I saw that 50 min clip of all the compiled LIS kissing moments and that was "almost" enough to sustain me until the next TTEOTM episode. ;)
