It was obvious that the other woman was the therapist but what I don’t get is why Jung Won was seriously telling…
Near the end of episode 4, Jung Won did mention her reason for revealing the information to the therapist: "as an insurance policy of sorts" so that if anything happens to her (JW), the doctor can give the information to the cop.

Jut watched it, and it's really good...excellent acting across the board...I'm not a big fan of Tabe Mikako, but she is excellent here... and Masataka Kubota should have won a supporting acting award (if he didn't).
