unfortunately they do not have a happy ending... but yes they knew each other in the past but fuling had her memories erased so she didnt remb her past. Eventually she does which turns her back to good from evil. Their storyline is very touching and interesting. T.T

wah honestly for this drama you just need to get past the first 5eps and then its becomes less confusing and good. I picked up again recently after putting it on hold at ep 4. The cgi is so highly budgeted its insane.

how was it? satisfying plot and ending?

watched until ep21 then read the summary for the rest and kinda just dropped it...honestly compared to the hype i didnt get much fluttering vibes from the romance...i thought sang yan's character will be more interesting but not much depth...wen yifan was okay but after awhile it just became draggy to see the same setup again and again

the drama is okay i feel but really way too long....like the plot isnt very big for it to be dragged so long...

wah see when dramas have enough episodes to expand the ending is not rushed and there is a full proper closure. I enjoyed this drama a lot. The politics were not very messy and all over the place but more of like keeping watch on everyone. Its good they didnt make the politics the main plot of the drama as well cause the importance is given on Mudan and how she survives on her own.

so basically, the idea of the ending is the logic of this actual drama script haha where the modern world and the historical world characters are just fictional actors. So the pov is based on the actual writer of this drama. I feel like its a very interesting take but could have been developed alot better to make it more exciting>< i was just admiring LYN acting all the way haha
