which is exactly my worry...scared they will just rush a closure somehow and x2 the pace towards the end (which is super common in cdrama ending sighh)

i think most of us get that its just that its being dragged out for so long with no progress or signs of changing. for 26 eps her viewpoint is still very fixated although so many different things happened from the original script

yea... cause i feel the plot in general is not very complicated but i dont think they have enough story for 40eps so just dragging it out

ah! idk if this is just me but the FL's overlining of lips is so obvious i feel they shld have just kept it natural ><

honestly usually in these script plot dramas the FL slowly realises that actually what she thought the script was originally is not everything. Then she should decide to drop the script because so much has changed alr. By now i thought we will get more scenes of her understanding Nan Heng but wah...shes like at ground 0 at this point.

I get the point that when she found out Li Shi Liu is Nan Heng she thinks the "plot" didnt change and everything is still gonna happen but actually it did by a lot. The fact that Nan Heng scenes were took over by Li Shi Liu is already such a huge difference.

i gotta say Liu Yuning's acting and the comedic scenes are the only things carrying this drama. His acting is sooo good especially the crying scenes.

I think the writers are just trying to drag it out since its 40eps

im at eps 2 now....i was lowkey hoping for a more strategic team but seems like this is gonna be another drama where a very energetic lead is just out to get the bad guy and at the start he will fail and fail (realised its 16eps) and then with like a final showdown they will win....sometimes i miss the strategic play usually done in historical dramas because there their lives are really at stake with a mistake...

really enjoyed their fight scene choreo and effect! their acting was good also and all the hugs between the leads so cutee

I think for me Double gave me a more satisfying feeling when the revenge was done. For this one the plot was very simple so it was like a nice and calm watch

T.T i finished it.... as usual cdramas always rush their endings so the feeling is not as satisfactory but it was not bad it was still a really good drama. Main reason being it was very simple but the acting and people made it so enjoyable that i didnt feel bored even with the politcs..

ahhh sad the first 20eps were really good after that the drama lost its charismatic vibes T.T i enjoyed the first half tho...their dynamics was good and daunwu was really strong and determined. Yan zijing was really good as well. But after that incident plot went downhill... :(

started this cause i got the mood for it after prisoner of beauty so a bit late to this drama

ikr...the last drama i watched properly was flourished peony and after that ive been just starting 2eps and dropping...

not yet! cause 31-36 is only released to express users i only have VIP so i need to wait awhile. personally i dont really care much about the ending for this drama. generally with cdramas my expectations for ending is low anyway but i felt the process of getting there was well done

wow this drama brought me out of my cdrama drought!! the story is so simple but the characters are so interesting which makes it very addictive to watch

yess exactly! i was also wondering why 7high is getting praised so much cause i really couldnt see what exactly he contributed towards...eunyu was the brain most of the time in their team anyways...

i must be the only one who enjoyed this season....lmaoo i dont really get the "unfair" argument. the piece battle only came towards the end. Before that all the main matches were just based on strategy (like who solves it the fastest). I would say the only issue was because the pieces was the only way to move up to the dorms it was hard for prison ppl to make a complete change unless they become first.

but thats just how the game was set up, in the end the strategies to win and stuff was still quite good. Much better than season 1 where alot of players didnt really have much motivation. Cause in this season even the prison players were so good the prison matches were equally interesting to watch.

the hate for hyungyu is so unnecessary, like this is a survival game not a show to make friends lol... he used all his opportunities to his advantage. There were ppl who wanted to make him win tbh this portion is something i didnt expect them to outright say it...but i guess that is their decision

The prison team like finally decided to colab with dorm members and when it was going smoothly they are the ones who decided to betray them so in the perspective of dorm members their objectives just didnt align anymore

The prison team had really strong members Harin, Justin, Eunyu. with Justin he was really strong at individual matches which caused him to fail during main match. Eunyu and Harin are really good they should have tried to make the dorm team an ally earlier...

7High...idk to me he felt really egoistic. Never share plan with someone then when they dont do what he wanted suddenly say he got betrayed. Then throw the entire burden of eliminating someone onto someone else keeping his hands clean. Kept telling the team he was ready to be eliminated but last min suddenly pulled out to survive...like?

i caught up with all the eps...hmm but it made me wanna watch everything in x2 speed. this time the characters arent very likeable and interesting as well. I feel Jaeil had the biggest character development and he is fun to watch. Nam kyung at the start was also interesting... but not really fond of the leads...they were cute at the start and then it kinda dried out...
