didn't know personal taste was based on a book but hope it will be translated, but if its a translation would it be worth reading? Since things loose their original feel and meaning sometimes when in diff language. guess ill have to try it atleast once
I feel like plastic surgery claims have been blown out of proportion. The infamous pics of her as an awkward teenage…
A small fix can sometimes make huge difference so maybe that is what happened. Also she likely coupled with diet and exercise. Its sad that I learned of her first through criticisms about her looks but now I'm amazed of her as an actress as she has done a lot of work. In the few stuff I have seen her I liked her.
Ya sometimes they are too skinny and Korea has insane diet ideas like one meal a day.
But I don't think its just a Korean thing to be skinny but maybe it shows more. Asian women generally tend to be on the smaller side and hence lower weight. However since dramas are so popular now I guess people are applying their own standards on them too.
i hate when they dress woman in dramas as hippiies. and guys are over dressed. even if the female lead is rich…
agreed, like even with a small budget woman can dress up nice,
you don't need expensive cloths to make you look great like when the rich guy gives girl makeover. actually in some cases that is almost insulting

Wow a trilogy, when even having a second season of a show seems rare
This one has to be one of the best thriller dramas out there. I can't say I was completely surprised but how everything came together was still kept as a good mystery.
I like him as a singer, but I'm not big fan of his acting skills, because he is more like idol-actor, not actor.
I can't say I see him as a really mature actor but he is always funny and enjoyable to watch act. Some idol-actors make me cringe but Hongki I think is good.
So completely disturbing. I have no idea why it's considered romantic and like a Japanese classic. I've never…
I heard it was really good, and Miura was my first favorite J actor, so I really put in effort to complete it but ended up not liking it, just not my type I guess.
I think it was more realistic that she didn't go to police, as sadly in reality most violation crimes aren't reported (even in western countries) and especially in Asian cultures its highly highly sensitive, not just a Japan thing.
They went for tragic beautiful ending and while I personally like happy ending, a sad one was more fitting for this. Not all stories turn out to be a cheesy happily ever after.
SamuraiSx, I can see you really appreciate the realism, I did too, but too much of it is hard to watch and not something I think most people want for a weekend movie.
I hate when ppl in dramas talk shit like Dong Hyeon did. When you love each other you should fight for this love…
I hate when that happens like what happened to stay together for better or for worse, since company makes it bearable. I guess i am an optimist.
But I sorta think people in real life do that a lot. They think they are doing it for the other or like they don't want to burden them without realizing they are taking away the other person's choice. I guess I'm ranting lol but it annoys me.
I watched this twice in two days time. Damn, I must have been one of So Ji Sub's addict.
I watched this before I realized who he was, man I was slow. But I can say this, this movie is good and didn't get the high rating just because ji sub is in it.
I love how quiet the movie was. It was like they didn't need words, since they were so talented in portraying without them. whoever the director is must have planned this well.
i don't know but in the starting it was really interesting for me but then i got bored and was just watching because…
I tried honestly but just couldn't, maybe it was partly since people exaggerated how it was the best thing since chocolate... that is a little exaggerated but lol it was popular maybe I expected too much.
Anyone watch the English remake? If you ever want to see a horror drama go for it, I for one couldn't get passed the first episode.
How about it is about angry lee dong wook who has blades come out when angry, but that it don't expect much from the blade angle. Also the guy has a very sensitive sense of smell so becomes obsessed with a girl. Then there is a story about girlfriend from past coming back and he feels responsible because his dad did stuff in past. If it wasn't for lee dong wook I would have dropped it.
