The sound effects and editing in this reminded me of that 'dramatic Indian soap drama character intro' meme lol

Ending felt anticlimactic, each episode is pretty repetitive and they could've probably done more with the side characters IMO. Worth watching for the cast I guess.

Didn't think it was good as season 1 and could've done without the terminators lol. Still a fun watch and I like the characters enough to want a season 3 even though it's probably just gonna get worse...

Meh, worth a watch I guess if you like the genre and don't mind all the usual tropes.

Definitely overrated. It was really predictable and had so many incoherent parts that I would've honestly dropped…
this was a reminder for me not to take MDL ratings seriously LOL

Ah I meant like why join the company? It was to eventually take over and sell it or something right (with the DK Ventures guy)? Guess I'm just surprised how easily she looked past that given how sinister they made the DK Ventures scheming seem early on....maybe just my interpretation though...

Tried watching cause I'm liking the actress in 'Undercover Miss Hong' but didn't care for the romance angle or male lead in this at all.

They could have easily make her 26-29 years old. I don't know why they insisted on 20 years old. If other candidates…
For the running gag of 'she looks old but she's only 20'

i actually liked this 😀 am i the only one? i found it really unique
Same! I think it gets more flak because of certain taboo scenes. Also the main user base of this site doesn't seem to be the target audience for this movie. 😅

I liked it. Surprised at how critical online discourse seems to be of it.

First 5 episodes were nothing amazing but entertaining enough to binge despite my issues with the character development and pacing. Last episode was just a massive letdown.

Rewatching this before the second season - I love how the main character talks when he stops being polite.
