Ok, after EP13 I can see how this can have a happy ending for Jiu and Tian
- Tian is broken hearted for thinking Jiu used him - Tian asks to his mother not to kill Yang cause his father already knows he is gay, so it won’t change anything - The mother will poison the father as the synopsis in the YouTube description says and force Tian to marry - Jiu most likely receive Pinn’s help as seen in some BTS of yet to air scenes - There a lot of BTS photos of Film, Jam and the kids in the caban, so this might be the ending
But how will the mother be taken down I don’t know…

I can’t affirm anything about J BLs or K BLs, but the overuse of marriage proposals and cerimonies in Thai BL do have a political meaning.
Most BL directors/producers there are indeed LGBT and Thailand has 2 projects for same sex union in discussion on the parliament (actually one is already approved), so they use the plataform to express hope or even awareness.
Plus, it’s relatively common gay couples in these countries to propose/hold symbolic cerimonies (some even travel to the US/Europe to register a useless marriage certificate in these countries). So it’s not unrealistic, it’s just a lil bit dreaming. But either way, isn’t BL supposed to be a fantasy? No problem on they depicting a world were marriage equality is the rule.
They do get married at the last volume, but the adaptation took a LOT of liberties to create an ending for the series. So how they get there is pretty different.

There’s no such thing as ep11 curse, it’s just that most series have 12 episodes in Thailand.
It was going fine, but this episode felt rushed and sudden. I can’t see how they’ll wrap up in just 20 minutes next week.
They should have ditched some side plots to develop Issey and Mamochi better
