This is the difference when you have seasoned scriptwriter working with REAL ACTORS. In Thai BL they care more for how cute or popular on sns the actors are than real talent. Don't missunderstand me, Kokoy and Elijah are f*cking handsome, more handsome than most thai bl actors, but they had a career before, Elijah has won and been nominated for several awards. This shows and their top noch script allowed him to show how wide was his acting habiities.
I know a lot of people who are afraid of whatching this cause of the format, but the format is one of the best things. The director really took advantage of that to create some iconic scenes. I can't imagine how hard was for the editing team to mix the recording of the actors.
I don't think that any BL this year can match this and Life: Love on The Line. Maybe Manner of Death, but who knows...
I think we all can agree now that all the awkwardness of the last thrid of S01 was due to poor shooting management, poor directing and script writing...

They did open for casting a few months ago, but on the last few weeks there has been articles on thai tabloides pointing out that the F4 will be Bright, Win, Lee and Joss (IMO they're too old). Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they don´t...

It's too few even if compared to flop shows like WRU or small series like Love Mechanics. LBC2 floped really hard.
It had a HUGE investiment and was outshadowed by a small show like Love Mechanics. WRU left the company on debt and none of their ships is successful on Thailand. Saint is successfull on his own and that's it.
