They really could have cut it down to 30. I feel like this drama has it's up and downs. There will be a few good episodes, and then all of a sudden the plot just takes a dump. Would have much rather them kept it short and sweet vs adding all this useless filler. I am excited to see the development of Qing An and how his story starts to integrate into the current main plot. Also really rooting for him and DongZhi to end up together.

I think they kinda implied that she was responsible, but not 100% sure. I skipped a lot too hahahaha.. but it kept showing scenes of her just "smiling" and watching in the background.. all suspicious. It's all people from the Li's past coming back so I assume it has something to do with her.

They actually wrote in a character (and took an entire episode) to talk about this guy coming to take advantage of the Li family (Maiorongs doing of course, I think). He comes and tries to demand money from them.. and wants to marry Baonings maid. Like wtf?! What is the point of all this!!!!

This is getting ridiculous. They keep adding more annoying characters that are absolutely useless to the story. Could literally skip over episodes 19-22 and would have missed absolutely nothing. Can they actually get back to the main story already?! Like show more of Qing An and his whole story.

Trailer for 25 and 26 look promising.. not keeping my hopes up but pushing through and will just fas forward through things I don't care to watch anymore lol.

LQ kicks Mioarong because he almost hugged her (when she's pretending to be BN - I think), Lol she's sprawled on the floor and he tells his servant to check if she's dead and if not give her money (for something I couldn't fully understand).

Are the new episodes uploaded anywhere besides WeTV yet? Don't have VIP and KIsskh doesn't have it uploaded yet.

I had similar thoughts around ep 10-14 but pushed through and am enjoying it more now. Overall it's still not the greatest plot/story and I honestly don't know if I would keep at it if it weren't from Joseph Zeng.

TBH I keep giving Ju Jingyi dramas a chance but I don’t love her/her dramas. Was hoping this one may change my mind but we’ll see.
