The MC solved the case, put the villain behind bars and kissed the girl. I'vd say it's a happy closed ending. I'm happy they added the last bit since it addresses the fact that villain still had his time loop powers and is dangerous at the end. Dude might be able to do some damage during loop days but it won't change the fact that he is a convicted criminal and will be shot if he attempted to escape.
they definitely made some room for it with that little bit at the end. But I guess it'll mostly depend on how well season 1 does in terms of viewership.

Mandarin and Cantonese. It's as different as Mandarin and Japanese. I am fluent in mandarin but i have no idea what they are saying when they speak cantonese so I rely on subtitles.

I mean, somethings don't need to be said out loud. A kiss will do just fine. And for the record, she did say it out loud in ep 18 when Sang Yan confessed but was too embarrassed to say it out loud.
It's good. Cinematography is beautiful and acting is on point. The plot though is very tragic but there is some hope at the end. Worth checking out if you are fan of the actors.

haha, I hate to break it to you but the drama itself spoils the middle of the story. this drama starts in the middle with the 1st/2nd episode being somewhere in middle chronologically. You find out that the ML just got out of prison and the FL comes back from overseas with the second ML for a brief visit. Their mutual friend secretly arranged them to meet, and the FL clearly still have feelings for the ML. (This is all in the first episode so talking about it doesn't count as spoilers) Then in the second episode, you get the chronologically start of the story with the first day of college. The ML starts out as a red flag but he changes later. The FL is a green forest character. This drama has the most intense chemistry out all the dramas i've watched so I highly recommend.
Just started this so I don't have to wait too long for new eps to release. Looks promising. I hope the later eps keep the same quality. It has really been a great year for C-dramaland. Just have way through the year and so many great hits. Much better then 2024
