yikes, it's one thing watching it for entertainment but it's entirely another thing to normalize it in a real relationship. People should not romanticize that kind of dynamics, it's toxic af.

Don't get me wrong, I didn't say it was that bad. It's just that the actors had better acting and better shows in general in their previous works (w/c includes the straight ones --teenage mom, wolf, mint to be, etc.). My theory is that it had something to do with the director. So that's why I'm worried since it's the same director with this.
