The last 6 episodes are not really that bad. It’s just that they don’t enrich the storyline and you may not like the ending. It’s not a sad ending but there’s an unnecessary twist to it. I do recommend that you give this drama a try.

I agree with you. The ending should be at episode 30 plus a bit of their sweet moments. The African episodes are a disaster to this drama. Serve no purpose. I’m glad I bought the express package so that I know the ending sooner instead of waiting for next week to feel the frustration!!!

Right on! I’ve said many times and I’m going to say again: both the male lead and the female lead have issues with themselves; they have flaws. Only when they come to terms with each other’s flaws and compromise with each other can there be a good relationship. And both need to take a step or even two steps back; only then a relationship flourishes.
Up to the recent episodes, I can see subtle changes in both the characters and I’m sure in the next few episodes, there will be healthy development of their relationship 😀

I guess the fl’s dad will pass away due to end stage liver cancer. But I’m hoping that the little kid, NX, will pull through his ordeal. Keeping fingers crossed 🤞

Now we know why the ml is the way he is, aloof and cold. That’s the result of a traumatic childhood, a loveless childhood, a child who thought that he has been abandoned. How does he know the whole situation between his parents when nobody told him? A doctor also has feelings; he’s not a machine who can perform on the operating theatre regardless of who the patient is. And I think, in the medical field, we seldom hear of surgeons performing operations on their relatives. Very difficult to make absolute objective decisions!
