As you mentioned in timeline 1, the first scenes we saw in Season 1 was actually Nan Nan who travelled back in time and try to prevent the accident on Han Fei, but instead got punished by the burn at the barbeque shop and Han Fei died in an accident when she was rushing to the hospital. That's why they say there is no escape from fate, Han Fei still died in the first season. Maybe season 1 when Jing Hao changed history and lied on the hospital bed was just a punishment and Han Fei might still die
