At first I thought 16 episodes were too much for its whole trading theme (and that it might be too boring haha), but now I realized it does have some potentials. This drama is definitely a grower.
Y'all im begging on my hands and knee. I NEED that violin orchestral instrumental that was going pretty much anything…
Is it perhaps the one titled Bloody Heart? I also have been looking for this particular tense music that often came up but I didn't find it on their instrumental album or maybe I misheard it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LrsT2F1En4
The director of this drama deserves to direct more sageuk dramas/movies in the future. She knows her dramatized and eye-pleasing shots very well. Saw the trailer of her past project 'How To Buy A Friend' and I wasn't surprised that it looked as beautiful.
When Kim Woon Beom suddenly disappears on the frame during their brief conversation at the cafe, does it mean that he was just Seo Chang Dae's hallucination? Does it also mean that KWB has died?
I regret only caught up with this drama when they already had 10 episodes... It's so good and interesting (the royal politics storyline at least)! I hope the last 2 episodes won't disappoint because it has been nearly perfect to me so far.
Going to start this drama. Just wondering if there is good chemistry between leads. What is there relationship…
Lee Joon and Kang Hanna have great chemistry IMO although their storyline might not be lovey dovey enough for those who like that kind of romance... Meanwhile Jang Hyuk is a great actor himself especially with this kind of charismatic 'villain' role
Am I the only one who, after the first 4 episodes, thought Yoo Jung already knew who Lee Tae is (a crown prince/king) the whole time? I thought him saving her during the execution day implied that she already figured out who he is, and that him being 'a wanted/on the run man' was just a cover up for the people around her 😂
I appreciate the styling team for how 'distinctive' Seung Hyun's father and Jo Han Sol looked in the current vs flashback scenes. It might be bare minimum but I've seen dramas with less effort when it comes to this kind of stuff.
