this drama is sooooo good and i love bai jing ting's acting, he's so natural and his eyes contain so much emotion. both leads are doing great in the acting department. looking forward to the next eps!!
I really love the opening OST "Back Packer" by Gunwook and Matthew from ZB1!! It's a perfect fit for the drama and really amps up the excitement when it is played during the fight scenes. The drama is very fun so far and I am looking forward to the next episodes~ I also want to read the webtoon now!
I watched this movie on Viki and it was amazing!! I loved the focus on music, food, and travelling around South Korea. It was such a joy to watch and listen to. Chanyeol was the perfect fit as Ji Hoon♡

My thoughts on Chilbong x Najung: I agree with 쌈자 that Chilbong was bland as a character. I liked him as a person and I was rooting for his baseball career but in terms of romance there was nothing to compel me to actually think he stood a chance with Najung or want them to be together.
I actually held off on watching Reply 1994 because I saw a lot of people shipping Chilbong and Najung and didn't want SLS. However, to my surprise I was swept away by Trash from the very first episode. He was just a much better, well written/fleshed out character (props to Jung Woo for bringing this character to life). I just felt much more connected to him from the get-go. Plus Trash's chemistry with Najung was amazing, I loved whenever Najung and Trash interacted. They were also the most comfortable with each other and I guess that would be thanks to 20+ years of knowing each other.
Adding to that, Najung was firm in her love for Trash and never stopped loving him even through some ups and downs, so I think it should have been clear that they were meant to be the end couple.
Anyways I'm glad I finally brought myself to watch this drama because I ended up really loving it. Trash became my fave character out of the 3 Reply series'. I wasn't really familiar with Jung Woo as an actor before but his acting here was superb!!
