guys go watch "dine with love"! You can thank me after. She's the female lead there and she completely nailed the role and the whole drama is freaking awesome! I don't watch much c-drama these days because I can't stand the cringe, but this is a must watch for real. It's hilarious, heart-warming, witty, romantic, and even the cringier parts is strangely satisfying. The characterisation and dynamics is so on point that the trope didn't even bother me. Plus the leads' Kdrama looks/visuals! I have feeling she's gonna hit it big with this drama, fingers crossed:)

This drama is awesome!! I typically stick to Korean dramas and rarely watch Chinese ones because I’ve been disappointed…
For those of you who prefer to watch mostly Korean dramas and don't really like c-dramas like me (the cringe factor is the issue for me), you can give this a try! Visually, anyone else get the Yoona and 2PM vibes from the leads? or is it just me hahaha

Words cannot describe how much I adore the ML and FL. They play their roles so, so well - I had almost given up…
omg yes it's been quite awhile since c-drama had such a great characterisation for a female lead and props to the actress for navigating it perfectly. Gentle and kind, yet not a doormat and foolish; logical and smart as a whip and she actually has a backbone but is not brash/rough/crass. Innocent but not naive. I'm so excited for the upcoming episodes!!

This drama is awesome!! I typically stick to Korean dramas and rarely watch Chinese ones because I’ve been disappointed by too many productions. But this is such a GREAT one, I cannot say this enough. Heart-warming, hilarious (even more so in Chinese), witty, relatable, romantic, and even the cheesier bits are oddly satisfying. Great acting and great scriptwriting.

I’ve even been on Weibo to see how well it’s received and its popularity is quite good despite not much advertising and mainly through word of mouth. It’s even bought by one of the main satellite TV channels and not just an online drama, so people are saying it’s a dark horse as the main leads are not that popular (although they may be soon enough). Apparently within 2 days of broadcast, it hit number 1 in terms of ratings of satellite TV drama series and it has a lot of good Douban reviews. Both leads also have the Kdrama visuals/looks and chemistry, which I think many people also love.

Gosh the wait for the next episodes is killing me ughhh but I’m gonna stan the female lead (Zheng Qiu Hong) in the meantime. She is so freaking pretty, and on top of being good at acting, she is also quite a talented singer (took part in Chinese Idol, counterpart of American Idol in China). Fun fact I found out: She was supposed to debut with an ex-Puretty (KARA’s sister group) member who was signed under Starhaus at that time (yes, Lee Min Ho’s previous company) as a duo group after her Chinese Idol stint. But it didn’t happen, not sure why but it is probably because of the ban on K-entertainment activities in China right around that time
