I wonder if TTJ doesn't really die in order to become DG, and he just gathers a lot of resentment and sins to transform into DG? Maybe the reason why LSS was sent to that moment in the past is not for LSS to save his life, but to save him from starting to accumulate and turn the resentment and sins into evil power?

what struck me was, from GYJW's dialogue, it's like DG2.0 sprang out of nowhere. And in this timeline, the immortals are seriously lacking in DG knowledge compared to their alternate timeline counterparts.

I just realized that YXW and TTJ's first meeting is echoed by TTJ and LSS's reunion in the immortal arc... the way LSS asks herself if hostage prince is just a likeness of DG, like XL looks like GYJW is like the way CJM asks himself if LSS is just like YXW, like Jiwu is like XL😅 GYJW is the common denominator in both instances🤣🤣
