Actually, that. In the novel, YBC is supposed to be TTJ's "first" love, so much that LSS even thought TTJ was going to kill her for YBC... that plotline could have spiced the story even further, buuuuuutttt no. Costars' chemistry doesn't excuse her not having any with them or even with her partner. The only part I liked with her was how effective she can be as an evil villain in Tian Huan. Maybe she can focus on that, like Wang Yifei.
But FL, esp with someone as phenomenal an actor as LYX? No. Unless she can carry her weight and more too.
(This judgement is made with personal biases aside.😅)

Personal biases aside, she doesn't suit martial arts genre. If she plans to stand by his side, she ought to bring her own weight in and not play a damsel in distress, because she doesn't suit being his damsel in distress. (Actually, the FLs by his side aren't damsels in distress, so if she can't handle that, better stay away.)
