I don't think he does, tho. I think the end of ep4 was misleading us into thinking he knows, but for me, atthe beginning he was too busy processing the fact that Hee joo can speak all along to think about her being 406, and when he does, he cuts himself off saying it's impossible.

I think that moment of realization might be a little later.. I'm like Saeon who is eagerly anticipationg 406's calls now tho.😅

I think BSE suspected HHJ earlier at the rooftop for a little bit when PDJ was telling him the caller was at the building, when he looked at her at the elevators and then saying "What am I thinking?"... He did have a thought that Heejoo might be 406, but he quickly brushed it off because he was more concerned the kidnapper is in the building and might harm Heejoo.

But I also think BSE already knows by the end of the ep, what with the voice modulation cleared up.

The bit in the orphanage was the only part in the ep that I had to pause and quickly hug my cat🥺

Everything is now all right with the world....😇😆
