Crime dramas/movies have always been popular. Can be argued that popularity increased these past years due to crime podcasts and docu-series, which are continuously in the top 10 on Netflix.

Agreed, there are plenty of actresses in their late 30's who were a better fit. The fact that Mun Ka Young has a total babyface and looks even younger than her age, doesn't help either.

Why would anyone recommend Sweet Home as similar to this? They are completely different. I wish people actually gave the Recommendation tab some thought, instead of naming random titles that they like.

yeah you might be right but he does frustrate me a bit tbh cause at first I found him to be a total green flag but it seem he is juggling feeling for two people and I find that a bit icky.

That’s your opinion. I should clarify that if a man was being abused it would be just a heart breaking. As a woman myself who experienced assault on a smaller scale I could relate and I can’t imagine seeing something and not be enraged by it and try to help.

You shouldn’t have to read a book seperately to ‘understand’ a coming of age drama though. It is the responsibility of the writers to present a clear picture.
