He was fantastic in Somebody. If you don't like shows with nudity just say so. Don't disparage his acting.
Exactly. Such a weird comment. Somebody was advertised as extremely sexual too. For the record, I just watched the drama for the first time recently, and I don't remember seeing him nude. Even so, who cares?
I'll start off by saying I'm not teenage viewer who is watching this from the perspective of someone who has yet…
I feel for Sang Yeon, I do. She has experienced some life-changing events in her life that will leave cracks in anyone. But people generally have two options, let the negative experiences consume you, let the bitterness taint everyone and everything you touch, or else live for the sake of everything's that's been lost. Because otherwise, then what's the point?
Sang Yeon chose to do the former. Her bitterness and spite led to destruction. That same destruction was not only pointed directly at herself, but also the people around her who loved her, who showed her kindness. Eun Jung did not deserve any of the trauma that Sang Yeon inflicted upon her. She took every chance to manipulate Eun Jung, surviving off off her light.
At the end of the day, we feel sorry for both women, but one's destruction was self-inflicted, the one was done TO her. Eun Jung did not have a choice. At every step of the way Sang Yeon was calculating. That's very hard to forgive. She was unhappy, so why should anyone else be happy? She couldn't have Sang Hak, so why should Eun Jung have him?
In episode 13, Eun Jung tells Sang Yeon 'You know what caused your loneliness? You did'. I can't say I disagree. That's the sad, tragic truth.
There are still two hours left for me to watch, so I cannot give my complete thoughts. But I have a feeling that they won't change too much.
We know where this is headed, with the death of Sang Yeon, and if we believe that the world gives us what we give the world, then Sang Yeon would have died how she lived.
EDIT: Finished and Sang Yeon's death was really sad. I understand why Eun Jung went with her. She needed that closure. Having said that apologising when you're at death's door for decades long mistreatment, abuse and manipulation does not make things okay. It just doesn't. Better late than never I guess, but Eun Jung's life was forever changed. It just made me so sad, thinking what her life would have been otherwise.
I'll start off by saying I'm not teenage viewer who is watching this from the perspective of someone who has yet to experience love and heartache. I'll also say that I'm currently on Episode 14, so I'm not done listening to their story, but here's what I think it boils down to..
I just wanna say this, this isn't meant to be hate btw, I like the drama so far, but everyone keeps saying rating…
I think the issue with rating is not whether rating is high or low. The bigger issue is that this site allows dramas to be rated at all so early on with barely any episodes out.
I dont get any of the criticism over this drama: it's just your cute, feel-good, butterflies inducing slice of…
This! You said it so well. Some of us have hectic lives, with jobs that require a lot of brain power. At the end of the day, I just want to eat my dinner and watch a cute k-drama to unwind.
I don't get the comments saying that this is a slow start. The progress made thus far we usually see at MAYBE the 6th episode mark. The short attention span is honestly worrying. Some people should opt for 20 seconds tiktok clips instead. Better suited for them.
Women held to impossibly high standards (read: much higher than men),EVEN IN FICTIONLAND!.... especially by other…
To be fair, I genuinely think its mostly be teenage girls on here who ought to be focusing on their own insecurities than hyper-obsess on the body of a grown woman. But that takes work and facing some negative and hard feelings I guess, so on to the internet they head to instead!
Literally this. She is by far not one of my favorite actors and I do not seek out her projects at all mostly because I've disliked the characters she has played in all the dramas I've watched with her in them, but the original comment is so bizarre. 'She has a strong face' so that means she can't be regarded as someone's love interest?
What a weird thing to say. I am still trying to wrap my head around it.

Ugh, I need a happy drama now.
In all seriousness, the moral grandstanding in some comments section on this site is out of this world.
