Ok, so the SML has been away from the FL for seven years. In that time, he could have reached out to her, let her know about their company so she can apply thre, and rebuild the connection. But the moment she stepped into his life as a COLLEAGUE he becomes persistent on turning the work relationship into a romantic one, dismissing the fact that she also has started to build a connection with another man who also shares responsibility with a child. He is not messing with the future of a couple, but a child as well. I’m sorry, but I do not like this man at all. PS. This is not me taking accountability off the FL. I do not hate her and still empathize with her but she needs to put her grown up shoes on and make a decision.
