I hate to see that it got cut down to 16 episodes. I know things will probably feel rushed, but I hope they are still able to tell the full story in a (at least somewhat) satisfactory way.
If I remember correctly, Ko Moon Young having ASPD was false. It was suspected or perhaps diagnosed, but really the traits that lead the characters to believe she had ASPD were more accurately from PTSD. But if anyone's seen the show more recently and I'm wrong, please correct me.
Me casually writing 3rd comment coz after reading some other people's thoughts I wanted to share mine on one more…
I watched the whole show and in the end, Gang Tae realizes he's the one putting the burden on himself largely due to a feeling of guilt, and Sang Tae goes off to work on his own thing, not relying on Gang Tae at all. So I'd say your interpretation, even though you didn't watch the whole show, is pretty accurate.
I don't know why, but the dubbing on this drama drove me insane. Usually I don't mind, but I couldn't make it through the second episode. Maybe the voices didn't seem to match the faces well enough?
At first, I was like, "Well, the voice is a dead give away," but then I realized the issue of the Adam's apple. Going to rely on suspension of disbelief a little, but I don't mind.
