Ep13* I actually felt bad, well... Okay, I don't know what I felt but seeing Dang Ki Se cry over Seung Nyang didn't…
He is not crying over Seung Nyang but feels pity for himself, maybe shocked how week he become because of her. He is evil just as usual, don't forget he orders to kill her. But I can understand your sympathy for the character... The length of this drama and its quality allows you to see secondary characters deeper then usual. Besides the actor is doing good job and he is good looking man after all :)
