I agree with you. I’ve stopped watching the show (watched till ep 20) just so I can wait for all episodes to…
Love listening to all of you talk about the novel! I’ve put this on hold and going to go find the novel and read it first. Then I’ll finish watching this. I have watched up to episode 20 and I have enjoyed it so far.
I don’t think/know if it’s an official remake, but it’s definitely close to that show. With the four gentlemen…
I 💯 agree! 🔥 there was a person who commented in here that said no. So that’s why I wasn’t sure if it was an official remake. But a whole lot of similarities and I corrected my post above with that 😂
sorry for my late realization. I started watching the show today, Is this the official remake of Korean drama…
I don’t think/know if it’s an official remake, but it’s definitely close to that show. With the four gentlemen being best friends and a lot of similarities. I too liked the Korean show as well. And I’m enjoying this one. I’m on episode 11 so far.
@Kathryn_51 I would agree that Tae Min has to viewed through a different lens given the discovery of his real…
This is why I I love your posts! Both of these are spot on!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. I do know that your post before was written before the last two episodes but you were still right in what you were saying.
Finally caught up as you can tell. And if it wasn’t for you, I probably wouldn’t even watch this show but I’ve been watching your posts and you got me hooked !! 😂because after watching TRHC I was never gonna do another drama until it was fully aired 😂

@kevintoronto I do agree with all you wrote above! I also felt Tae Ho was talking about the past regarding his resentment, and to start slowly build a bridge. And my thoughts was here is the younger brother going to the older brother reaching out an olive branch to build a relationship together. He realizes Tae Min is hurting BUT he hurting just as much from all of this!
@Bloomingtide wrote in a post on here, Which I wish I could find it, because she said it so well! Tae Min knew things that were being done that were not right, and yet stood by and did nothing. so yes he need a redemption arc for me.
I left my rating as is because the acting was really good. The writing, however, was a train wreck. Things that were put in the beginning were never carried out through the end. The writer went off track and never could recover. They totally destroyed YD’s character for nothing. I stood because I really enjoyed and fell in love with AHJ acting, and I look forward to seeing more of his shows. BUT the best part of this whole show was meeting all of you! I really enjoyed talking with so many of you on here, and I thank you for that!

I will never watch anything written by this writer again. He is horrible and all over the place.
