imo, ep14 was the most scripted thing i've seen on this show. so i'm not going to judge hanmin for that mess (stop being stupid in his comments wtf)... but i am going to judge the producers, because ending it like that was a terrible decision. that episode should not exist.
but if they were going to do updates, why not update ALL the pairs? minseon & myeongkyun apparently aren't even together anymore, while jaesung & seongmin are!? plus you spent so much time developing this narrative between hwi & seungjin, then couldn't even give a update that they're at least still friends??
