this is possibly one of the worst bls i've ever watched lmaooo the writing sucked, the production sucked, the acting was stiff, there was no chemistry, etc. the whole show felt flat, the more i watched the worse it became. i only started watching this bc ppl were hyping it up, but there's really nothing worth the hype except for it being the first live omegaverse. and what even was that ending like????? the whole show is of such poor quality, i can't believe people got paid for this lousy job

the show was rushed too much, the script is completely different from the webtoon and they don't even provide good reasons as to why something happened and we cant even guess the reasoning behind some actions bc it didn't even happen in the webtoon

the fact we waited for years for them to release this show to get...... this.

except the source material IS bl. the webtoon is literally tagged as BL, it is published by BL companies. the source material is bl and they made it hetified a bl kdrama.

how is this a bl when this show has been focusing on everyone and their failed careers and freaking het relationship?? how tf is this a bl when they were seen together for less than 5 minutes as a gay couple. this pissed me off so badly i will get banned if i continue speaking.

in conclusion, screw this show, none of the characters were likable and the gay aspect of the gay show was embarrassingly low compared to all the het relationships we were forced to watch. they just annoyed me so bad i had to skip all the tennis and chanyeong and yiju scenes. hope they never work on a bl again

first of all, please start using more commas and full stops, because i thought i was having a stroke reading your comments. second of all, weak hero IS about a WEAK HERO FIGHTING AGAINST BULLIES and the horrible system they made up and the corruption they're committing as a system, as well as making friends along the way. Second of all, the director cannot change the ENTIRE PLOT of the show just because a few fans think suho is a main character. in reality, suho is just a side character or a character that haunts the plot. everything that will happen in weak hero class 2 IS because of what sieun did to the bullies because of what happened to suho.

also, if you do not like bullying in kdramas just do not watch shows that have bullying in them. bullying in kdramas is so often present because korea has a huge issue of bullying. if a kdrama didn't contain any bullying, then it wouldn't make sense since it is in the core of their society and societal problems.

i beg you to not comment on how shows based on webtoons are going if you haven't read the webtoons. of course they won't show hyunwook on the cast list when suho is 95% of the webtoon IN A COMA. if they are to show suho wake up from a coma why would they ruin their reveal by LISTING HIS ACTOR ON THE CAST LIST???? i really need yall to start thinking critically

fr they completely messed up jiyu's growth of self and not totally depending on her bf. they missed teaching about safe sex and also eating disorders with mina. i feel it's also counterproductive they made yeri actually fully korean and not SEA, if i remember correctly - they could've shed sm light on colorism and xenophobia SEA experience in EA. it's really disappointing to see that they could've done something so refreshing and raw with korean skam remake but they chose to water it down to a low budget kdrama. can't even imagine how or if they'll even make when noora was potentially SA'ed by william's brother cause we all know how koreans and korea's laws feel abt rape or any crime against women.

the point of skam is to address all the problems within a country's society. if they just pretend like homosexuality still isn't a taboo topic in korea like they do in thai bls then what's the point of the show?

yeah.. isak just suddenly kissed jonas in the last 8 seconds of the show

they really kdramafied it, it didn't feel authentic to actual korean teenage lives nor to skam either. also the william and chris characters being mixed in this just to bring more drama was unnecessary, and isak would never be that rash with jonas, especially not in korea when they're still so narrow-minded about homosexuality. it just felt like they elements from all four seasons into this one season. also the biggest let down is that it's missing that rawness that skam brings - they didn't even address eating disorders properly, safe sex, homosexuality, societal problems, etc.

it would only make it even worse lmaooo.. the direct translation of his contact name is "son of a b*tch, who i loved" therefore if anyone who knew russian saw that -
1) knew he was gay (it says son in the name)
2) thought he was trans because the a in "любила" is a feminine ending, meaning he is referring to himself as a female

when hyeonsang was getting a call from seonu, on the phone screen it said любила, it should be любил

it's an average movie but what bothered me the most was that it said the bastard i loved, but the "loved" in russian had the feminine verb ending, not masculine

i, too, assume the favor was originally for her to be with. in the novel, they talked about their greatest wishes. she wanted someone who would protect her, spare her from confusion and hardship. his wish was to give a happy ending to the girl he's in love with.

im currently reading the novel and so far the ''favor'' was not even mentioned. it doesnt even exist in the book
