am I the only team CX? people may say he is selfish and only using XY to get to the throne but it was said in since ep 1 as a little boy that he doesn’t want to be like his grandpa or father that leaves their loved ones. so he wants the throne and power to protect them instead. I believe in the novel they are cousins but the drama adaptation, it was confirmed that they are childhood best friends with no blood relation! Also explained in the earlier episodes.
In the beginning I started rooting for Jing, he is kind and devoted to XY, but then XL's tough love captured my heart and clearly shows how much he wants XY too. After CX realized who XY is, and slowly falling for her too, I can't help but root for him! Honestly at this point I want XY to end up with CX or XL sooo badly!!
