the scene is when the war ended, they all returned to their home, upon returning, gc found out his father became mentally unstable, and in the scene was a flashback at the wedding where her father is happy close up, but at the background is RE singing…. just a possibility of a fs that RE might end up to be the mad man in the cell, just a possibility.

i agree, watch episode 7, minutes 23:44 might be a foreshadowing, gc’s dad in the frame with RE- he turned into something like gc’s dad

I also believe of the highest possibility that the man in the cell is RE, foreshadowing at episode 7, minutes 23:44

just dont overthink, its always been ljh’s line. u will know from that episode that in the present time they are together already.

Nope. but im sure you will find out in that episode.. just Ljh and gilchae. Others might get angry if i drop it straight. I just realized later on upon rewatching part1.

it’s a happy ending, rewatch part 1 episode 2 and you will know, that’s the hint.

I read all the comments posted to convince myself not to watch episode 10, but failed to, now, here I am, after watching the last episode of part1, I’m so damn broken, i cried alot and sympathize for JH’s unwaivering love for GC, it wasn’t the right time for them. I was so invested in this drama and devastated at the same time knowing the two of them won’t end up being together considering all the redflags.. RE forsee it as toxic love, but for jh, it’s the damn crazy love to the bones..she meant the world for him, it was too sweet of him to tell her “ I will be your servant, my body is yours my soul is yours, my heart is yours too”… JH is a legend. will still watch Part2, hoping JH will receive the love he deserves, as for GC she chose the right thing to do at that time,though it broke her heart into thousand pieces .. it may take a long time of yearning and years of heartbreak being apart but maybe they will still be given the chance to meet at the sunset of their lives and realize how much they cherish the love they have after all the obtacles and struggles both of them have gone through. It was really a good drama worth watching. 10/10

bittersweet, heartbreaking, the longingness for each other is so intense, i find myself crying happy tears whenever GC and LJH converse to confront each other, even without whispering a word, you could feel from jh his passionate love for GC, the woman is so cruel.. im broken into pieces when they part ways jh going to simyang.. then eventualy, GC admitted to herself her love for jh.
